In the wake of the January 6 attacks in Washington, many are calling for the Proud Boys, a white supremacist group, to be added to the 'listed terrorist entities' in Canada.  What is a 'terrorist entity list' and what does it do?  Borealis argues that this is an unnecessary tool that does not add much to counter terrorism efforts.
