A Somali ISIS wannabe just stabbed two Australian octogenarians to death.  He had been arrested in 2019 for seeking to travel for terrorist purposes but was released for lack of evidence (although his passport was taken). 

Now he has killed two innocent people.  What is going on here?  Borealis takes our judicial system to task.
