A man is decapitated and a world leader is asked what he thinks of it. Rather than denouncing it as a heinous act he referred to the danger of yelling 'fire' in a crowded theatre. The man in question is Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Borealis wonders why he was unable to do the right thing and simply reject terrorism.
