A recent US case where a pair of 'Boogaloo Bois' tried to deal with the terrorist group Hamas has raised some interesting questions on US counter terrorism practice. Why is there a distinction between 'domestic' and 'international' terrorism? Borealis has a few suggestions for his American friends.
